kt66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kt66 ("kt66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at kt66.io ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by kt66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the kt66 Platform. These Terms apply to all users of kt66, including players based in Bangladesh accessing the Platform in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and kt66. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the kt66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kt66 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21. This age requirement applies to all users without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through kt66's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a third-party authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of kt66, or an immediate family member of any such person.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If kt66 discovers at any point that a player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or has since ceased to meet them, kt66 reserves the right to void all bets placed and close the account immediately.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on kt66, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each player may hold only one active account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any changes must be communicated to kt66 support at [email protected] promptly.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kt66 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. kt66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kt66 immediately by contacting [email protected]. kt66 may temporarily suspend the account while the matter is investigated.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kt66 may require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kt66 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances on kt66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kt66 supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by kt66, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside kt66's control.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kt66 account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance. kt66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected, and any associated winnings may be voided. kt66 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit at its sole discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with kt66 support.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

kt66 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing time of the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically faster than bank card withdrawals.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• kt66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests made within 24 hours of a large deposit may be subject to additional review.

5.3 Declined Withdrawals

kt66 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kt66 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kt66 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to the general conditions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry date. These individual promotion terms take precedence over general conditions where they differ.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money balance is typically used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus at a time. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus are not eligible to claim it again.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kt66 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, and colluding with other players.

6.3 Promotion Changes

kt66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active use, unless the change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering activities on the kt66 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and events are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from kt66. In the event of any technical failure, internet disruption, or system error affecting bet placement, kt66 will attempt to determine the intended bet from available records. In cases of doubt, kt66's decision is final. kt66 does not accept responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds offered on kt66 are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. kt66 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict the size of any bet at its discretion, including for reasons of risk management.

7.3 Void Bets

kt66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or where the result has been obtained by clearly fraudulent means. Bets may also be voided where they were placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on kt66 cover BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and other major international tournaments involving the Bangladesh Tigers and other nations. All cricket betting is governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or interrupted, specific cricket market rules published on the Platform will determine settlement.

8 Casino Games

kt66 offers a range of casino products including live casino games, video slots, table games, and crash games. All casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino titles, a physical card shoe or roulette wheel operated by professional human dealers in a regulated studio environment.

8.1 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical return-to-player percentages for individual games are determined by each game provider and are published within the game information panels. kt66 does not alter or manipulate the RTP settings of any game. Actual returns to individual players in any given session will vary from the stated theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of games of chance.

8.2 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, kt66 will investigate the issue in collaboration with the relevant game provider. Bets or game rounds affected by a confirmed malfunction may be voided, and stakes returned. kt66 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its direct control.

The outcome displayed at the conclusion of a game round — whether a win or a loss — is final and binding, subject only to the malfunction provision above. Claims that a player "should have" won based on a different sequence of play will not be considered.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt66 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities may have their account immediately suspended, balances frozen, and winnings voided pending investigation.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one player account, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Money Laundering: Using kt66 as a vehicle for processing, disguising, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity. kt66 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event, or to exploit bonus offers collectively.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest mistakes in odds or game outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express prior written consent of kt66.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access an account.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after a bet has been settled or a withdrawal has been requested.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kt66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, underage use, and engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 9.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, kt66 will notify the player by email. Pending withdrawals will be placed on hold during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of Terms, funds will be released and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting kt66 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

kt66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players may access at any time from their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days). During a cooling-off period your account will not accept deposits or bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the kt66 Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed within 24 hours. Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the kt66 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kt66 or its licensed game and content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior express written consent of kt66.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or costs of obtaining substitute services.

kt66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kt66 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may affect Platform availability. kt66 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where feasible.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kt66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kt66 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the registered address on the player's account. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may be made without prior notice.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the kt66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
